Located next on the River Severn in the picturesque town of Upton Upon Severn the Boathouse is one of Worcestershire’s premier private party venues.
We have two rooms available for private hire both of which have their own bar. Our ground floor room seats 30 guests and is suitable for smaller more intimate parties who wish to dine in private, there is no hire charge for this room and it is available 7 nights a week. The hire of these rooms also includes use of our outdoor areas including river bank seating with an outside bar (seats 20) and use of our balcony seating area with views looking over the river and Malvern hills.
Our second room is our beautiful lounge and restaurant which seats up to 120 guests, we have various options for this room including round wedding style tables or longer banqueting tables. We can provide a three-course meal, buffet or canapé and champagne reception for this room. This room also has an outside balcony with views of the river and river bank.
We also have an in house DJ available for £120.
The charge for this room is £200 Friday – Sunday and free for midweek functions (for functions of 40 people of more)

Canape and champagne events from £10 per person
3 course Dinner/Lunch from £20 per person
Our lounge is also available for business and lunch meetings with free Wi-fi and lunchtime buffet for £7.95 per person.
